Permissions
Athena does not declare permissions in paper-plugin.yml; checks are performed by runtime commands, listeners, buttons, and menus. Configure these nodes in your permission plugin.

No Permission Required
These player-facing commands do not require a static permission by default:
/spawn, /shop, /repair, /perks, /tiers, /trails, /leaderboard, /statistics, /options, /balance, /bounty, /events, /juggernaut help, /killstreak list, most /clan player commands, and public warp usage unless a custom warp permission is configured.
